DesignArtSource.com provides graphic design services including but not limited to:

Vector Redrawing
Embroidery Digitizing
Color Separations
DTG/DTF File Preparation
Custom Artwork for Screen Printing and Embroidery

2. Turnaround Time

We deliver most standard artwork within 4 to 12 hours, depending on complexity. Turnaround times may vary during weekends, holidays, or for bulk orders.

3. Order Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing clear, complete instructions and reference files (if needed). We are not liable for errors resulting from unclear or incorrect instructions.

4. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied, as long as they remain within the scope of the original request. Major changes beyond the initial brief may incur additional charges.

5. Payments

All payments must be made in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major online payment methods (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the artwork does not meet your original specifications and cannot be corrected through revisions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

7. File Ownership & Usage

Upon full payment, clients own the final artwork delivered. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio, unless otherwise requested.

8. Limitation of Liability

DesignArtSource.com is not liable for production losses, reprinting costs, or any indirect damages resulting from errors in artwork. Clients are responsible for reviewing files before printing or production.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All client files and communications are kept strictly confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
